Overview

The Standard Communities Heritage project involved furnishing three senior residential properties located in different cities, all undergoing simultaneous construction. Our team was brought in to design and deliver complete furniture solutions for each site’s indoor and outdoor community spaces, management offices, and dining areas.

This project posed a unique set of challenges: all three properties required fully furnished spaces at the same time, under tight deadlines and budget constraints. Our goal was to meet these requirements without compromising on design quality or functionality.

Approach & Execution

Working closely with the property managers, developer, and contractors, we coordinated the design, procurement, and installation processes across all three locations. Our team identified and sourced furniture solutions that were not only cost-effective and durable but also aesthetically aligned with each community’s identity.
